Welcome to Svazer, a global co-ownership platform for second homes, operated by Estara Ventures Pvt. Ltd.. 4. Property Co-Ownership

4.1. Co-Ownership Structure

Svazer facilitates the co-ownership of properties through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Each SPV holds a specific property, and co-owners hold shares in the SPV, which correspond to their ownership interest in the property.

4.2. Management and Maintenance

Estara Ventures Pvt. Ltd. manages and maintains properties on behalf of co-owners. This includes managing the SPVs, coordinating property maintenance, and handling related administrative tasks.

4.3. User Responsibilities

Co-owners may add user names and other relevant details of their friends and family to their accounts to enable them to access the services offered by Svazer. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1. Purchase and Maintenance Fees

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the purchase of co-ownership interests and ongoing maintenance and service charges as specified in the by laws of the company.

5.2. Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment information. We may share your payment information with third-party service providers to complete transactions.

5.3. Refunds and Cancellations

All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For specific refund and cancellation policies, please refer to the relevant sections on the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Estara Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
