Our StayReturns program is designed to work even if you are not sure of your planned usage in the coming year. 

We will rent out unused nights in a staggered manner to allow you maximum flexibility to book your stay by releasing only limited available dates. Rental earnings during this period are distributed proportionality to the unused nights amongst the co-owners

Owners can benefit from locking in rental earnings by expressing their intent to not use a certain number of weeks during the year. These weeks are made available for Advance Availability beyond 3 months and the revenue generated during this period is distributed proportionately amongst the owners who avail this option.
