Fractional ownership in a Svazer property offers all the benefits of ownership and capital appreciation – without the pain and hassle of maintaining and managing the property.
Choose a property from our listings at a location that’s your happy place, buy now from “shares available” or “unlock” a listing. When we receive sufficient interest in a property to unlock a listing, we go ahead with closing the acquisition, converting the listing into a Svazer home and making “shares available”.
Shares can be bought in ratios of 1/8 or multiples thereof and offer proportionate usage rights of the property.
Your investment in a Svazer property provides you co-ownership through proportionate shareholding in a Special Purpose Vehicle (mostly a Private Limited Company) specifically formed for holding the deeded asset. The Deed is registered in the name of the Company and your investment in shares of the Company represents your ownership in the property. Svazer manages all the legal aspects of the SPV.

We make living at a Svazer property extremely democratic. You can reserve travel easily through the Svazer app for up to two years in advance. Holidays and common vacation periods are offered to each owner on a rotating basis powered by AI driven algorithms so that it is fair and transparent.
Whether you have gone to stay with your family or for a solitary getaway, our on ground services team are there to ensure that the property is maintained and managed impeccably so that you have a most comfortable stay.
In case you don’t expect to use your share of nights during a particular year, you can always send your friends and family over. What’s more, in case of “Rentable” properties, you can also rent out unused nights through our Svazer Stays program or Exchange them for a stay at one of the uber-luxury properties at stunning locations across the world, through our exchange partners.
